WHO I AM

Mi occupo di Tecnologie Alimentari e Nutrizione Ortomolecolare; vivo in Puglia, credo nella Food Economy, nella forza dei gruppi e nel ritorno alla Terra madre come via d’uscita da una crisi economica e sociale, condividendo la mia esperienza con questo blog.
WHAT IS SCIENZIATODELCIBO:
- A place to share knowledge, information, nutrition education and maybe figure out how to produce locally, how to achieve production workshops or short chains;
- A GROUP PROJECT: is a network made up of people who want to share a new development model; from this global crisis can emerge only by building a new collective system: small community (local production, interest groups, buying groups) and global community (international trade, sharing knowledge); These opportunities are offered by the network that connects small and large communities.
We are in a process of sea change, a Conformal coating, even in the West, not just in the sense of global warming; overcrowding, explosion of debts, limitation of raw, flattening and devaluation of economic resources. Our way of life will soon be questioned, the consumerist model is now challenged. It will be essential to resume contact with "Earth", with those who produce, with the "how" is produced; We will learn again to "do" those products locally, or at least we will try them, or better yet, to co-produce (... that means?). Why it will be necessary to maximize strength, unite, cooperate, in order to achieve that improvement of lifestyle, the way you eat, join the collective.
